Dr. Adrian Griffin

Adrian is a former player in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Shortly after concluding his player career, he joined the NBA as a coach, and has worked with the Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, Orlando Magic, Oklahoma City Thunder. In 2018, he joined the Toronto Raptors as lead assistant coach, helping the Raptors win their first NBA Championship in 2019. In 2023, he accepted the role as Head Coach of the Milwaukee Bucks.
Adrian has also coached internationally. In 2014, he worked with the USA Basketball Men's National team that went on to win the gold medal at the FIBA Basketball World Cup. Adrian completed his bachelor's and master's degrees at Seton Hall and recently completed his doctorate in leadership studies. |
Dr. Megan Buning

Dr. Megan Buning is a former Division I softball coach from Florida State University, Coastal Carolina, and the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the University of South Carolina’s Athletic Hall of Fame and was named to the Southeastern Conference Women’s Legends Class in 2017.
After her coaching career, Megan moved into academia, publishing in the sport psychology and coach education fields. Her research line and foci involve examining the intersection of sport strategies and education. As a certified mental performance consultant, Megan enjoys focusing her instruction and research specifically on the use of mental performance techniques to enhance coaches’ and game officials’ performance. She has served as a SECNetwork+ and ACCX talent analyst for the past six years and travels around the country providing workshops and consultations to sports officials. |
Dr. Chris Hobbs

Dr. Chris Hobbs is a 20-year veteran of education holding positions of teacher, coach, principal, athletic administrator, and executive director. During his time as an athletic director, he was named a Top 40 Under 40 Sports Leader by Coach and AD magazine and the National High School AD of the Year by Varsity Brands.
Dr. Hobbs regularly writes for journals, presents at conferences, and is a guest on leadership podcasts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education, a master’s degree in sports coaching, a Doctor of Education in educational leadership, and is a certified master athletic administrator from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrator’s Association. Dr. Hobbs resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and three children (Alexis 19, CJ 17, Madison 15) where he is the Director of Institutional Advancement at Second Baptist School. |
